JOB DESCRIPTION: REST AREA CARETAKER
This employee will be under the supervision of the Crew Leader, Contract Supervisor and / or Account Manager.
REQUIREMENTS:
DEPENDABLE
- ABLE TO FOLLOW INSTRUCTION
- NO LIFT RESTRICTIONS
- ABLE TO LIFT UP TO 50 LBS.
- HAVE TRANSPORTATION
- AWARE OF SURROUNDINGS
(General public, motor vehicles)
- ABILITY TO PASS A BACKGROUND CHECK
JOB DUTIES:
Perform tasks per contract specifications
1. Empty trash in building and grounds
2. High and low dusting
3. Sweep & mop floors
4. Vacuuming
5. Clean restrooms / Lobby / Vending
6. Restock restroom dispensers
7. Window cleaning (no ladders)
8. Light grounds keeping duties (depending on location)
9. Keep sidewalks clean during the winter months
