Job Title: Sand Blaster

We are seeking a skilled Sand Blaster/Helper to join our team. As a Sand Blaster, you will be responsible for preparing surfaces for painting, coating, or other surface treatments by using abrasive materials to remove rust, dirt, and other debris. The ideal candidate will have experience in sandblasting and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

- Operate sandblasting equipment to remove rust, dirt, and other debris from surfaces

- Prepare surfaces for painting, coating, or other surface treatments

- Ensure that all safety procedures are followed while operating equipment

- Maintain equipment and perform routine maintenance as needed

- Keep work area clean and organized

- Communicate with team members to ensure that projects are completed on time and to the highest quality standards

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Knowledge of sandblasting equipment and techniques

- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Ability to lift heavy objects and work in confined spaces

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
