We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Physical Therapist Assistant to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a supportive environment that values mentorship, professional development, and patient-centered outcomes.

- Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant in Oregon (new grads welcome)
- Passionate about helping people move better and recover stronger

Your Role
- Deliver high-quality treatment plans under the supervision of licensed Physical Therapists
- Treat a diverse orthopedic caseload (spine, knee, hip, shoulder, and more)
- Support patients through post-surgical rehab, and injury recovery
- Participate in team meetings, mentorship, and continuing education
- Contribute to the growth of our PT program in Southern Oregon
Compensation & Benefits
- 401(k); we contribute 8% of your salary per year
- $1,300 annual continuing education allowance
