Lake Regional Health System is seeking a professional, detail-orientated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Skilled Nursing Facility team who can provide excellent care to our patients.

What Are We Looking For?

An individual who has an active Missouri LPN licensure. Our Registered Nurse for our Skilled Nursing Facility is responsible for the delivery of patient care in the assigned area through the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.

An annual influenza vaccine is required.
