Faber and Brand, a growing legal services firm, is looking for a tech-minded problem solver to join our expanding I.T. team. We’re not looking for a person with every certification under the sun — we’re looking for someone who enjoys rolling up their sleeves, building smart solutions, and collaborating across teams to get results.


What You'll Do:

  • Build and maintain “if/then” logic workflows and automation to streamline legal and business processes
  • Use tools like Power Automate, Excel formulas, and web-crawling logic to build automation that improve accuracy and efficiency
  • Help build internal solutions tied to our case management system (QLAW) and other platforms
  • Work closely with attorneys, operations managers, and outside vendors to design solutions that meet business and legal requirements
  • Coordinate with our managed I.T. provider (who handles Azure and endpoint maintenance) on implementation tasks as needed
  • Support ticket resolution and process improvement project

Salary Range and benefits:

  • $37,000 to $55,000 per year - dependent on experience.

Requirements

What We're Looking For:

  • A jack-of-all-trades approach to I.T. — someone who may not know everything but knows how to figure it out
  • Working knowledge of automation tools (e.g., Power Automate, scripting tools, web scraping basics)
  • Familiarity with logic building (e.g., “if/then” rules, flow design, basic scripting or low-code platforms)
  • Ability to learn new systems quickly and apply creative thinking to complex, often legally sensitive problems
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills — you'll be working directly with attorneys and operations teams

Nice to Have (but not required):

  • Experience with legal tech or case management systems (especially QLAW)
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Azure,      Power BI, or related platforms
  • Background in business process      improvement, data management, or compliance-sensitive industries
