Position Overview:
The Staff Accountant will play a key role in managing project financials, accounts payable, and month-end close processes. This role offers a clear path to advancement into an Accounting Manager position.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle general accounting functions, including financial reporting and reconciliations.
Manage project financials, budgets, and cost tracking.
Oversee full-cycle accounts payable and vendor payments.
Assist with month-end close and financial statement preparation.
Support audits and ensure compliance with company policies.

Qualifications:

3+ years of accounting experience, preferably in the construction industry.
Strong understanding of GAAP, project accounting, and financial principles.
Proficiency in accounting software and Excel.
Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
