Maintenance Technician

We are currently seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team! You will be responsible for completing work orders and other required tasks.  This is a full-time position, Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm with on-call rotation (approx. every 4 weeks).  You must have your own tools.

Maintenance Technician Responsibilities:

• Complete work and repair orders in a timely fashion including but not limited to plumbing, appliances, heating and A/C repairs, lock changes, and minor electrical repairs
• Estimate time and extent of repairs
• Perform routine preventive maintenance
• Perform turnaround maintenance
• Mowing in summer and shoveling/salting in winter as needed
• Additional responsibilities as directed

 Maintenance Technician Qualifications:

• 3-4 years of previous maintenance experience required
• Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Ability to work well as a team
• Must pass background check
