Internet Sales Manager – Honda of Downtown LA
Honda of DTLA is looking for a driven, customer-focused Internet Sales Manager to join our high-performing sales team. This role is ideal for someone who excels in digital communication, enjoys helping customers, and thrives in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to online leads via phone, email, and text
- Build rapport with customers and guide them through the sales process
- Set and confirm appointments for in-store visits
- Maintain accurate CRM notes and follow-up processes
- Collaborate with management to meet and exceed sales targets
