We are seeking a People Operations Manager to support and scale 3D Model Management’s growing global workforce, with a primary focus on managing the U.S.–based Laser Scanning Technician team and coordinating with the Production People Ops Manager in Argentina. This role blends HR management, operational optimization, and business development support to ensure our teams are engaged, high-performing, and aligned with 3DMM’s rapid growth in the LIDAR, Scan-to-BIM, and digital-twin sectors.The ideal candidate will bring strong people-management experience, a proactive operational mindset, and an interest in helping develop internal processes, staffing models, and culture-building initiatives that support both U.S. and international teams.This position is hybrid, NYC-based, with periodic travel to project sites or team hubs.Responsibilities:

Lead the people-management lifecycle for U.S. Laser Scanning Technicians including hiring, onboarding, performance management, scheduling, travel coordination, and professional development.Work closely with the Production People Ops Manager in Argentina to maintain alignment across global teams, project staffing, quality expectations, and workload distribution.Develop, document, and refine standardized operating procedures across HR workflows, staffing models, performance tracking, and internal communication.Support cross-departmental coordination between Scanning, Production, QA/QC, and Leadership to ensure operational continuity.Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, periodic reviews, and coaching for field technicians.Oversee compliance with U.S. labor standards, health & safety best practices, and internal HR protocols.Maintain company culture initiatives, including engagement, recognition programs, training pathways, and feedback loops.Collaborate with leadership to forecast staffing needs and assist in recruiting pipelines for scanning and production roles.Assist Business Development efforts by preparing staffing plans, skill matrices, org charts, and operational input for proposals or client onboarding.Coordinate with Finance & Ops to support scheduling, payroll inputs, travel reimbursements, time tracking, and cost-model accuracy.Provide reporting to leadership on team utilization, performance indicators, retention trends, and operational risks.Requirements:

Strong background in People Operations, HR, or team management (preferably within technical, field-based, or distributed teams).Ability to manage multiple schedules, personalities, travel rotations, and shifting workload demands.Experience implementing SOPs, performance systems, or HR processes in a scaling environment.Strong communication skills and comfort working with cross-functional teams in multiple countries.High attention to detail, organizational strength, and a solutions-oriented mindset.Ability to handle sensitive HR matters with confidentiality and professionalism.Nice to have:

The pay range for this role is:
110,000 - 150,000 USD per year(55 Canal)
