Job Summary
 
Lazarus Energy is looking for Document Management Interns to join our team. Document Management Interns will work with the LEEP team of Program Managers and the Human Resources team to deliver outputs related to document management for our office relocation. They will assist with scanning, filing and shredding documents earmarked for disposition.
 
Our teams are hard-working, smart, goal-oriented and creative, and we are looking for interns who are eager to learn; self-starting; and take direction well. They must have a keen attention to detail and careful discernment. An applicant for this position must be a former LEEP high school intern who completed the year-long program or a former Graduate Intern in good standing.

Intern Duties and Responsibilities
  • Work with Senior staff to identify, gather and prepare documents for scanning or shredding.  
  • Pay close attention to the policies related to confidential documents. 
  • Follow Document Retention protocols, as directed.
Intern Requirements and Qualifications
  • Former LEEP high school intern who completed the year-long program or a former Graduate Intern in good standing.
  • Self-directed and able to work without supervision.
  • Energetic and eager to tackle new project and ideas.
  • Open to new experiences and willing to engage.
  • Ability to work in a professional environment for an extended time period.
  • Driven, mature, and hard-working.
  • Ability to take direction and multi-task.
  • General knowledge of computer skills (Microsoft/Google Suite of Services) and functions (email/internet).
  • Rising High School Junior, Senior or College student.
  • In good academic standing.
  • Legally able to work in the US.
  • Willing to commit to regular attendance. Your participation in LEEP must be a top priority.  
 
Internship Overview


The Document Management Interns will join the LEEP staff as full participants in our Document Retention and relocation efforts. This is a part-time, temporary position, requiring 10-12 hours. Compensation is $14.00/hour.
 

Salary Information

$14 - $14 Hourly Wage
