Job Description:
- Maintain a safe and secure environment for all residents.
- Monitors and controls all traffic that comes onto the property.
- Verification of any visitors, vendors, family members, residents, etc. entry onto campus.
- Responds to community residents in the event of an emergency.
- Ensures that the community property is monitored and secured.
- Working efficiently and effectively as the job requires varied tasks.
- Enter work orders as needed in TELS
- Clears entry paths from storm debris as needed.
- Deliver Newspapers to resident doors throughout the building.
- Must be a high school graduate.
- Must have excellent communication skills.
- Must work independently with little direct oversight.
- Must be able to respond professionally and confidently in the event of an emergency.
- Must have computer and critical thinking skills.
