Position Overview
We are seeking a PRN Therapist with experience in adolescent mental health to provide coverage as needed. This role is ideal for a clinician who values teamwork, clinical excellence, and building meaningful therapeutic relationships.
This is an as-needed (PRN) position without a set schedule. Hours are typically 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM when covering for staff absences or increased client census.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide individual and group therapy for adolescent clients using evidence-based modalities (CBT, DBT, trauma-informed care, etc.).
- Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Monitor client progress and adjust interventions as needed.
- Deliver crisis intervention and safety planning when required.
- Collaborate with families, schools, and outside providers for continuity of care.
- Actively participate in treatment team meetings and quality improvement initiatives.
Compensation & Benefits
- Hourly Pay: $25 – $41, commensurate with experience and qualifications

What We’re Looking For
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field.
- Minimum of 1 year experience providing therapy to adolescents (behavioral health setting preferred).
- Skilled in evidence-based interventions and crisis management.
- Strong documentation skills and proficiency in EHR systems.
- Passion for helping adolescents achieve emotional wellness and resilience.
