Redefine Healthcare is looking for a dedicated, full-time and per diem Pre-op/PACU Registered Nurse to join our expanding team of healthcare professionals in our Edison Office. The Registered Nurse will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, administering medications and treatments, and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Job Title: Pre-Op/PACU Registered Nurse
Salary/Pay Rate: $48-52/hour depending on specialty and experience
Job Type: Full-time and Per diem

Key Responsibilities (not limited to):
- Provide direct patient care, including assessments, treatments, and monitoring vital signs.
- Administer medications and follow physician orders accurately.
- Educate patients and families on health conditions, treatments, and preventative care.
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare staff to develop and implement care plans.
- Document patient care activities and maintain accurate records in the EMR system.
- Monitor patient progress and report changes to the healthcare team promptly.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols, infection control, and regulatory standards.
- Participate in ad hoc projects and other nursing-related duties as assigned.
Maintain Licensure or Certification:
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice required.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) preferred.
Minimum Level of Education or Experience Required:
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (ADN or BSN) required.
- Current RN licensure in the state of employment.
- Minimum of 1–2 years of clinical experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
- Strong clinical skills, patient care experience, and knowledge of nursing procedures.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and collaboration skills.
