Low & Slow Smokehouse is looking for a strong, dependable Lead Cook to help run the line and lead our kitchen team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, take pride in quality, and know how to lead by example, we want to talk to you.

What You’ll Do:
• Lead and direct line cooks during service
• Ensure all food is executed correctly, consistently, and on time
• Monitor smoker/pit temps and maintain BBQ quality standards
• Oversee prep lists and side work completion
• Maintain food safety and sanitation standards
• Step into any station when needed
• Help train and develop new team members
• Communicate inventory needs and control waste


What We’re Looking For:
• Prior kitchen leadership experience (BBQ or high-volume preferred)
• Strong knowledge of food safety and kitchen operations
• Ability to stay calm and lead during busy rushes
• Team-first mentality with strong work ethic
• Reliable and punctual
• Passion for great food and consistency
