Key responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end video production, from concept to publishing
- Create short-from video to build brand awareness, engagement and voice
- Manage the content calendar, identifying timely content opportunities
- Cultivate relationships with external partners to scale content output
- Collaborate with internal teams to align content with strategic goals
- Optimize content for performance, reach, engagement and shareability
- Champion experimentation, testing new formats and pushing creative boundaries
Ideally, you’ll have:
- Deep passion for sports, culture, and storytelling; with the ability to create shareable content
- Proven experience producing high-impact short-form content, ideally in sports, betting, media, entertainment, or youth brands
- Obsessed with social platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts) and understanding content performance and trends
- Both operational and creative, comfortable with production and managing timelines, budgets, and workflows
- Thrives in a fast-paced, challenger-brand environment with a bias for action
- Experience working with creators, influencers, and production partners
- Basic editing or motion design skills and familiarity with creative tools (Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.)
