This internship offers a hands-on opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals and contribute to meaningful projects. You’ll gain valuable skills and insights while supporting our desk department in delivering top-tier investigative services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sourcing
- Use sources like LinkedIn and Associations to find qualified investigators in areas of need
- Resume Reviews
- Assist recruiter by reviewing resumes and scheduling interviews for all investigator open requisitions
- Recorded Statement Training
- Schedule and conduct recorded statement training with new hires
- Business Cards and Becker ID Badges
- Mail business cards and badges to new hires if applicable
- Onboarding
- Assist with running background checks and scheduling I-9 verifications when necessary
- Projects
- Provide hands-on assistance to the HR Team across varies projects
Requirements
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and basic data/video upload processes.
- Excellent organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with Case Managers and field investigators.
- A proactive attitude and a commitment to meeting deadlines.
- Must be comfortable communicating over the phone
