Responsibilities:

• Operate and troubleshoot folding machines efficiently
• Fold paper in multiple configurations, handling stock from 27# text to 120# cover
• Perform daily, monthly, and quarterly maintenance on folding equipment
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe production area
• Complete production logs and required documentation accurately
• Follow job instructions, work orders, and specifications
• Communicate job status, issues, and special requirements with the team
• Adhere to safety, quality, compliance, and ISO procedures
• Assist in training new and temporary employees
• Work overtime, weekends, or support other departments as needed
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Required Experience:

• 3-5 years of operating folding machines in a commercial printing environment
• Experience with multiple folding configurations
• Ability to handle paper weights from 27# text to 120# cover
• Basic computer skills; PSI system experience preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly (75 lbs occasionally) and operate pallet jacks or carts
• Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and flexible assignments
