About this position
We are seeking a dependable and safety-conscious Manufacturing Trim Technician to join our manufacturing team. This position is responsible for trimming and routing tubs during the production process while maintaining quality, safety, and housekeeping standards.
Requirements:
Essential Job Functions
- Trim the hold-down flange from tubs according to established specifications
- Route tubs to the drilling area
- Purge dust collector filters twice daily
- Maintain good housekeeping standards in the work area
- Follow all safety procedures specific to the work area, including proper use of required personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Demonstrate dependability through regular attendance and adherence to schedules and timelines
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions
- Ability to work effectively with a wide range of individuals
- Basic knowledge of the proper use of circular and reciprocating saws
Work Environment
- Standard manufacturing environment
- Protective eyewear is required
- Work is performed indoors in areas that are adequately lighted, ventilated, and heated
- Exposure to dust and occasional chemical odors may occur
Physical Requirements
- Frequent lifting of approximately 25–50 pounds
- Frequent lifting of approximately 100–250 pounds with assistance
- Ability to perform repetitive motions
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, pull, push, reach, and perform other physical movements for extended periods
- Good hand and finger dexterity, including the ability to grasp, lift, and carry
- Requires visual acuity and hearing ability

Qualifications
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check in accordance with company guidelines
