JOB DESCRIPTION
Our ideal Business Development Executive must have the desire, commitment, ethics, skills, and be dependable.
You will be responsible for the following:
Acquiring new accounts by cold calling, developing, and pursuing leads in market segments served by BBBCalling developed contacts within assigned region to generate account leads and develop business relationshipsUsing extensive business databases, directories, industry websites, and other sources to continually build new prospect pipelineConducting all account building activities from prospecting, to qualifying, to closing business accreditations over the phone in the office Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pmJob Requirements:
2 years of working in a sales environmentWillingness to uphold BBB Standards of Trust and Core ValuesAdhere to all company presentation guidelines and policiesDeliver presentations via telephone in a friendly, professional and confident mannerStrong communication and relationship building skillsMust have the ability and desire to close accounts. Previous experience of lead generation and cold calling a plusExemplary attendance, promptness, time management, and attention to detailParticipation as a team player BBB Serving North Central Texas, a not-for-profit organization, is looking for an ambitious and confident individual to join its Business Development team.
