About the Role:

The Junior Maintenance Technician plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and upkeep of facility equipment and infrastructure. This position focuses on performing routine inspections, troubleshooting minor mechanical and electrical issues, and assisting senior technicians with repairs and preventive maintenance tasks. Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic understanding of mechanical and electrical systems.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Completion of a technical or vocational training program related to maintenance or industrial technology.
• Experience with preventive maintenance programs and computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).
• Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, or electrical systems.
• Certification in OSHA safety standards or similar workplace safety training.
• Previous experience in a maintenance or facilities support role.

Responsibilities:
