Internship Details 

  • Location: St Paul, MN HQ office 
  • Duration: 12 weeks (Summer (June – August 2026) 
  • Compensation: Competitive hourly wage ($19-$22/hr)

As the Events & Education Intern on our Member Success team, you will:  

  • Gain hands-on experience in event management as INFRA prepares for our Annual Conference with grocery store membership and food brands.
  • Lead several conference duties, including script writing, coordinating the “Recharge Room,” and post-event evaluations 
  • Work closely with INFRA’s learning tools, with an emphasis on implementing and improving accessibility features  

Ideal Candidate Requirements: 

  • Ideal for individuals currently employed in natural foods or grocery retail roles or students in the following Degree Programs: Hospitality or Event Management, Communications, Public Relations, Education, Business AdministrationMarketing 
  • Highly organized with a strong attention to detail, project management skills preferred 
  • Strong writing and communication skills  
  • Comfortable using tools such as Microsoft Office, Excel, Asana and eager to learn new technologies 
  • Excited to work for a purpose-driven organization that supports independent business and the good food industry
