Wellness Supervisors provide frontline leadership and ensure smooth daily operations within assigned wellness areas. They are responsible for supporting staff, ensuring operational readiness, and delivering a seamless, guest-centered experience
Requirements:
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily operations within assigned wellness areas.
- Provide real-time coaching and leadership to frontline teams.
- Conduct daily walkthroughs for cleanliness, safety, ambiance and operational readiness.
- Manage shift coverage, breaks, and timekeeping accuracy.
- Verify schedules and assist with payroll accuracy.
- Monitor membership accounts, follow up on outstanding balances, address member concerns, and facilitate member communication as needed.
- Address guest concerns promptly with empathy and solution-oriented thinking.
- Support onboarding, training, and reinforcement of SOPs.
- Monitor retail presentation, inventory, and basic sales performance where applicable.
- Communicate operational updates, challenges, and opportunities to leadership.

Qualifications
- 3+ years of guest service experience
