Grounds Crew Position

Location: Fort Collins, CO, 80524

Skills Required:

• Ability to work full time (40 hours) or part time
• Morning availability starting at 5:30 A.M.
• Willingness to work weekends and holidays

Overview: Fort Collins Country Club is seeking individuals to join our Grounds Crew team. As a private 18-hole country club in Northern Colorado, we pride ourselves on providing a welcoming and family-friendly atmosphere for our members and guests. The Grounds Crew plays a vital role in maintaining the beauty and functionality of our golf course.

Seasonal Grounds Crew Member: As a Seasonal Grounds Crew Member, you will work outdoors to assist in the maintenance of our grounds and golf course. Duties include edging, raking, weeding, and plant-bed care. No prior experience is necessary, but a strong work ethic and attention to detail are essential.

Responsibilities:

• Maintaining bunkers
• Operating a variety of equipment
• Performing tasks such as mowing, divot repair, and shoveling
• Assisting with horticulture and irrigation maintenance
• Interacting with members and guests in a professional manner

Minimum Qualifications:

• Must be at least 16 years old
• Physical ability to perform manual labor tasks
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds regularly

Work Schedule/Conditions:

• Seasonal/temporary hourly position
• Potential for flexible work schedules
• Work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Use of safety gear and chemicals may be required
