Silver Birch of Kokomo is hiring a Server to join our Culinary Team. In this role, you will help create a warm, restaurant-style dining experience that makes every meal enjoyable for our residents.

What You'll Be Doing
- Welcome and seat residents and guests with a friendly, positive attitude
- Take and serve food and beverage orders in a timely manner
- Help ensure meals are served accurately and on time
- Clear, clean, and reset tables after meals
- Assist with dishwashing when needed
- Help keep the dining room clean and welcoming while providing great customer service
What We're Looking For
- A high school diploma or GED
- Basic food safety knowledge
- Strong customer service skills and a friendly attitude
- Experience in food service or restaurant settings is helpful
