Overview

We’re looking for a technical, detail-oriented problem solver to help us build and improve the systems that power our ecommerce and wholesale operations.

This role sits at the intersection of operations and engineering. You’ll work directly with leadership to automate workflows, connect systems, improve data reliability, and use modern AI tools to make our team more efficient.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys building practical solutions and figuring things out independently.

What You’ll Do

  • ●  Build lightweight automation tools and scripts (Python, JavaScript, etc.)
  • ●  Connect systems via APIs and webhooks (Shopify, GoodDay, Amazon, NuOrder,
    etc.)
  • ●  Improve data flow between inventory, order, and fulfillment systems
  • ●  Use AI tools to accelerate development and streamline processes
  • ●  Identify inefficiencies and propose technical improvements
  • ●  Help document systems and processes clearly
  • ●  Troubleshoot integration issues across platforms
    What We’re Looking For
  • ●  1–4 years of coding experience (or equivalent real-world building experience)
  • ●  Comfortable working with APIs and basic system integrations
  • ●  Strong problem-solving ability
  • ●  Detail-oriented and organized
  • ●  Proactive — you take initiative without constant direction
  • ●  Comfortable learning new systems quickly

● Familiar with AI tools and how to use them effectively in real workflows

Nice to Have (Not Required)

  • ●  Experience with Shopify or ecommerce systems
  • ●  Experience with automation platforms (Zapier, Make, etc.)
  • ●  Basic testing or QA mindset
  • ●  Warehouse, inventory, or fulfillment system familiarity
What Success Looks LikeWithin 6–12 months:
  • ●  Manual processes are automated
  • ●  System errors are caught earlier
  • ●  Integrations are more stable
  • ●  Internal tools reduce operational friction
  • ●  The team depends less on outside developers
