Responsibilities
Handle complex repairs and escalated service call cases
Perform advanced diagnostics to identify and resolve challenging issues
Train, mentor, and support junior technicians
Lead small projects or specialized service initiatives
Provide feedback and recommendations to improve service processes and efficiency
Serve as a technical resource and point of escalation for the field team
Growth Goal
Act as a technical expert and field Team Leader, supporting team development and service excellence.
Minimum Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
4+ years of progressive service technician/trade experience
Proven ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues independently
Advanced knowledge of equipment, systems, and repair techniques relevant to the trade
Demonstrated leadership or mentoring experience
Strong communication skills with customers, technicians, and leadership
Ability to lead small projects or specialized service efforts
Strong commitment to safety compliance and best practices
Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record (if applicable)
Ability to accurately document work and provide process improvement feedback
