Harnessing Assembler

GENERAL DESCRIPTION:  

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Assembler to join our team. As an Assembler, you will be responsible for the assembly of wiring harnesses, cables, etc with accuracy, quality, and production documentation along with testing the products during and after the assembly process.

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

Follow assembly instructions, processes and procedures by reviewing assembly instructions, drawings and parts lists.

• Assembles orders by examining connections for correct fit, fastening parts and subassemblies.
• Report problems with quality, processes, equipment and materials to Team Leader
• Provide hands on job function training to coworkers as needed
• Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules and regulations
• Perform other duties as requested by Team Leader, Production Supervisor or Manager

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

Ability to lift up to 30 pounds required

REQUIREMENTS:

Basic reading, writing and math skills required

• Follow directions carefully to complete the orders correctly.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks.
• Must be available and willing to work overtime and weekends as needed to satisfy customer needs.
