Summary
We are a growing dealership with multiple locations. Accounting Assistant responsibilities include daily accounting tasks to support our financial team.
Essential Duties
- Reconcile invoices and identify discrepancies.
- Journal Entries.
- Prepare bank deposits.
- Audit spreadsheets for accuracy.
- Maintain digital and physical financial records.
- Issue invoices to customers and external partners, as needed.
- Monthly Reporting.
- Maintain Inventory records (receiving, flooring, auditing, transferring)

Skills
- Auditing ability
- MS Excel and accounting software
- Organization skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks
Education and/or Experience
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Talon accounting platform: 1 year (Preferred)
- Bookkeeping: 1 year (Preferred)
- Work experience as an Accounting Assistant or Accounting Clerk
- Knowledge of bookkeeping procedures
- Familiarity with finance regulations
