About this position
The Candidate will be responsible for inspecting and testing materials, products, and processes to ensure compliance with Aerospace and Defense Industry standards and company specifications. identify defects, document non-conformities, and work closely with the production team to implement corrective actions. Additionally, will maintain accurate records of inspections, support audits, and help improve product quality through continuous monitoring and feedback

- Smooth and timely flow of products in and out of inspection.
Purpose
- Inspectors are responsible for the implementation of the Quality Control Systems developed by the Quality Department.
Responsibilities
- 1st piece inspection
- In-process inspection
- Final Inspection
- 1st Article and Final Inspection Reports
- Inspection of In-coming raw materials
- Inspection of In-coming parts manufactured by outside suppliers
- Calibration of tool and gages and their record keeping for compliance.
- Preparing findings and/or reports for non-conformance products and placement under quarantine.
- Inspect parts per the drawing requirements to verify every characteristic using appropriate tools.
- Verify travelers are complete and correct.
- Inspecting per AQL requirements when required.
- Works closely with Quality Engineering (QE) and Quality Management (QM).
- When required/requested assist with QE and QM functions.

$28.0 - $30.0
