🔒 Position: Unarmed Security Officer
Location: San Diego, CA
Type: Full-Time | 40 hours/week
Shifts: Day, Swing and Graveyard shifts available (8-hour shifts)
Pay: $17.25 – $18.00/hr. (based on experience)
💼 Responsibilities Include:
Maintain a strong security presence and deter unauthorized activity
Conduct continuous foot patrols throughout the property
Monitor access points and enforce entry protocols
Respond to and report safety hazards, incidents, or suspicious behavior
Use mobile reporting software and scan checkpoints as required
Document incidents clearly and professionally in written reports
Provide outstanding customer service to residents, guests, and staff
✅ Requirements:
Valid BSIS Guard Card (Required)
1 year of security experience preferred
Reliable transportation and a working smartphone are required.
Strong written and verbal communication in English is required
Physically able to stand/walk for 8 hours
Professional appearance and demeanor
Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated
