We're looking for motivated individuals to join our growing team of Pest & Termite Technicians. No experience in pest control? No problem — we provide paid training to get you licensed and up to speed.

What You'll Do:

• Get fully trained and licensed — we'll pay for it
• Drive a company vehicle and follow a daily service route
• Inspect properties, identify pest issues, and deliver effective treatments
• Communicate with customers — offer solutions, provide reassurance, and answer questions
• Use a company-provided device to document services and schedule follow-ups

What We're Looking For:

• High school diploma or GED
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
• Ability to pass a drug test and background check
• Comfortable working in crawlspaces, attics, and outdoors
• Self-starter with a good attitude and strong customer service skills
