What You’ll Do as a Service Plumber:
- Run residential plumbing, drain, and sewer service calls
- Diagnose plumbing issues and present repair and replacement options
- Educate customers and recommend solutions
- Perform quality repairs and installations
- Clear drains and main lines using professional equipment (cable machines, hydro-jetters, cameras)
- Complete job documentation using ServiceTitan (training available)
- Maintain professional appearance and company equipment
What We’re Looking For:
- Valid Texas Journeyman, Tradesman, or Drain Cleaner License
- 2+ years of residential service plumbing experience required
- Comfortable presenting solutions and earning through performance-based pay
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Motivated, goal-driven, team-oriented mindset
- Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record
Schedule
Full-time, Monday–Friday Rotating on-call schedule
