We are seeking a Licensed Esthetician with a high-end mindset, a passion for beauty and wellness, and ideally a strong client following and/or social media presence. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a luxury med spa environment, values client relationships, and is motivated to grow both personally and professionally.

Duties:

· Perform facials, advanced skin care, and aesthetic treatments tailored to each guest’s goals.

· Educate clients on treatment options, home care, and spa promotions to enhance results and loyalty.

· Build and retain a loyal clientele by delivering a five-star guest experience.

· Leverage your social media presence to highlight before-and-after transformations, educate followers, and showcase your artistry while amplifying the XWELL brand.

· Collaborate with management and team members to drive service excellence and achieve spa performance goals.

· Uphold the highest standards of hygiene, sanitation, and professional ethics.

Qualifications: 

· Licensed Esthetician or Cosmetologist in the State of Florida.

· Experience in med spa or luxury spa environments preferred.

· Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a polished, professional presence.

· Entrepreneurial spirit with the drive to grow your book of business.

· Active social media presence or interest in building one to engage clients and attract new followers.

· Passion for delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced, luxury environment.
