Position Summary:

Responsiblefor overseeing daily accounting operations and supporting timely and accuratefinancial reporting, assisting in thepreparation of financial reports for the internal and external users, andperforming other duties assigned by the senior management. Responsiblefor forecasting, budgeting, financial analysis, profitability reporting, andmanagement-level analytics.

Duties & Responsibilities:

· Overseethe daily and monthly accounting close process to ensure accurate and timelyfinancial statements.

· Producemonthly management reporting packages, dashboards, KPI/scorecards, and variancecommentary.

· Conductprofitability, margin, and cost analysis across products, branches, andbusiness units.

· Support capital planning, liquidityanalysis, stress testing, and ALCO reporting.

· Prepare materials for Board ofDirectors meetings, investor presentations, and external stakeholders.

· Supervise and mentor analysts andsupport staff within the Finance department.

· Promote a culture of continuousimprovement and analytical excellence.

· Manage general ledger integrity,account reconciliations, journal entries, and accrual processes.

· Assist in preparing quarterly andannual SEC filings (10-Q, 10-K), earnings release schedules.

· Prepare and ensure accuracy ofregulatory reports.

· Ensure adherence to U.S. GAAP, bankregulatory requirements, and internal policies.

· Assist with internal and external auditengagements; coordinate requests and responses.

· Developprocesses and procedures to enhance efficiency and accuracy in the assignedtasks.

· Staycurrent with the new accounting standards and bank regulations.

Qualifications

· Bachelor's degreeis required in Accounting/Finance or in related fields.

· 5-8 years' experienceworking in a similar size bank's accounting department.

· Exceptionalorganizational skills.

· Effective verbaland written communication skills.

· Ability to workeffectively under pressure and against strict time constraints.

· Ability to workindependently and exercise good judgment.

· Proficient inMicrosoft office.

· Internet skillsincluding the capability of researching job-related topics.
