Job Responsibilities:

· Manage support requests through ticketing system (ZenDesk). 

· Serve as the first point of contact for the end users seeking technical assistance.

· Travel to other offices to assist with technical assistance.

· Troubleshoot hardware, networking, system, and application issues. Coordinate activities with 3rd-party tech support and security teams (TechMD and 1nteger).

· Provide accurate information on IT products or services.

· Record events and problems and their resolution in logs.

· Identify and suggest possible improvements on policies and procedures, assist with audits.

· Collaboration on IT projects throughout the life cycle of IT infrastructure / organizational programs.

· Assist in equipment and software inventory and asset tracking. 

· Complete special projects as requested.

· Other duties may be assigned.

Requirements:

Qualifications:
· Completed technical education with a focus on IT or equivalent work experience.

· Two to five years of applied skills and experience

· Good knowledge in the areas of network technology (LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, DNS, DHCP….) and server landscapes, Windows and Mac operating systems, and Active Directory

· Knowledge of Windows Client and Server operating systems and MS Office

· Familiarity with Microsoft, Apple, and Google products in an Enterprise environment.

· Working technical knowledge of Microsoft Office Products, antivirus products, desktop services to allow for resolution of software application issues.

· Experience installing File Maker and Prinstream

· CompTIA A+ certification, preferred

· ITIL certification, preferred

· Solution oriented approach and team player

· High operational readiness, problem-solving competence, and proactivity

· Teamwork, experience in working with remote teams, communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.

· Ability to utilize knowledgebases to resolve issues.

· Ability to apply intermediate level of subject matter knowledge to solve a variety of common IT issues.

· Demonstrate verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate with all levels of the organization, clearly and concisely present issues, alternatives, and recommendation(s)

· Highly self-motivated and directed, with keen attention to detail.

· Improvement focus, customer- and solution-oriented, curiosity for new / external ideas

· Proven analytical and creative problem-seeking and solving abilities.

· Ability to act with speed and to take decisions, prioritize and execute tasks in a high-speed environment.

· Knowledge of proper endpoint security management and protection

· A sense of urgency and a commitment to timely completion of projects.

Salary Information

$28.00 - $31.00 Hourly Wage
