Responsibilities:
- Assist sales consultants with daily showroom activities
- Greet customers and help create a welcoming, luxury-focused experience
- Support product presentations and vehicle demonstrations
- Learn Volvo product knowledge, features, and brand values
- Assist with CRM follow-up, appointment setting, and prospecting
- Help maintain showroom standards and vehicle display presentation
