Administrative Assistant – Client Account Services

This vital role ensures the smooth operation of daily activities through a variety of administrative tasks, contributing to the efficiency and effectiveness of our client support functions. Key Responsibilities:

- Scan and digitize documents with accuracy and efficiency to maintain organized electronic records

- Perform data entry and ensure all client information is current and correctly maintained

- Handle photocopying, document assembly, and other clerical tasks to support team operations

- Assist the CAS team with additional administrative duties as needed to facilitate seamless workflow

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic office equipment

  • Previous administrative experience is require
