About this position

As our Group Travel Specialist, you'll be the expert ensuring stress free group travel experiences for your clients. From multi-day tours and destination weddings to corporate retreats and educational trips, you’ll manage every detail—ensuring group travel is seamless, fun, and flawless.

Responsibilities:

Design and manage custom group itineraries tailored to clients specifications
Coordinate with airlines, hotels, transportation providers, and local guides
Communicate clearly with group leaders and participants pre- and post-trip
Handle group contracts, payments, and travel documentation
Troubleshoot changes, special requests, and manage issues when necessary
Maintain strong relationships with travel suppliers and partners

Requirements:

Detail-oriented and organized with strong problem-solving skills
Excellent communicator and team player
Proficient in booking platforms, CRM systems, and basic budgeting
Calm under pressure and quick on your feet
