As a Building Trades Maintenance Associate, you’ll perform a variety of maintenance, repair, and construction tasks — from carpentry and electrical work to plumbing, HVAC, and locksmithing. Every day brings something new as you support operations across our facilities.
What You’ll Do
Perform general maintenance and repairs across multiple trades.
Troubleshoot and maintain HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
Install and repair doors, locks, and building components.
Complete preventive maintenance and respond to work orders using our CMMS system.
Operate maintenance vehicles and equipment — and assist during snow events to keep the airport open and safe.
What We’re Looking For
High school diploma or equivalent (trade school or technical program a plus).
3+ years of experience in building maintenance or a related trade.
Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and follow safety standards.
Valid Kentucky driver’s license (CDL a plus).
Willingness to work evenings, weekends, or during emergencies.
