What You’ll Be Doing

• Prepare and check surgical instruments, ensuring they are suitable and safe for use
• Assist physicians and nurses during eye surgeries
• Maintain sterile techniques and adhere to all health and safety standards
• Respond promptly and professionally to requests during procedures
• Support the surgical team with various clinical tasks as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned to contribute to the smooth operation of the clinic

What You’ll Bring

• LPN certification or previous experience in a surgical or medical support role
• Experience working in a medical clinic or office setting
• A genuine interest in patient care and well-being
• A friendly, approachable attitude and passion for engaging with patients
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse personalities
