Enhancement/Install Crew Leader

Russell Landscape Group is seeking an experienced Crew Foreman – Enhancements to lead field crews and oversee day-to-day operations on landscape construction projects. This role is responsible for crew leadership, jobsite execution, safety, and meeting production schedules.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise technicians and laborers on enhancement projects
• Plan and assign daily work activities to meet project schedules
• Read and interpret blueprints and perform site layout
• Operate tools and equipment safely and efficiently
• Construct hardscape features (walls, patios, etc.)
• Perform grading, soil shaping, planting, and sod installation
• Complete daily paperwork, timesheets, and vehicle inspections
• Maintain clean, organized jobsites, vehicles, and equipment
• Enforce safety standards and PPE compliance
• Assist with training and onboarding of crew members

Qualifications

• 3+ years of landscape construction experience
• Proven leadership and teamwork skills
• Ability to read blueprints and specifications
• Strong communication and time management skills
• Valid driver’s license required
• Medical DOT Card (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
• Smartphone or data-enabled device required

Work Environment

• Lift 50 lbs. regularly throughout the workday
• Outdoor work in all weather conditions
• Work around heavy equipment and vehicles
• Flexible schedule with occasional weekends
• Seasonal work may require cross-department support
