Position Summary
Globe Life AO, a trusted name in the supplemental benefits industry for over 65 years, is actively hiring Remote Insurance & Benefits Sales Associates.
We’re seeking ambitious, goal-driven individuals ready to grow professionally in a supportive, fully remote environment. This is an entry-level opportunity with comprehensive training, perfect for career starters, re-entrants, or those looking to transition industries.
Key Responsibilities
Meet with clients via Zoom, phone, and email
Explain insurance and benefit options clearly and confidently
Assist clients with enrollments, policy updates, and questions
Maintain accurate and organized digital records
Build trust and deliver solutions-focused guidance
Work independently while collaborating with a remote team
💡 This is a high-income, consultative sales role — not a typical call-center job.
Candidate Requirements
No prior customer service or insurance experience required
Must be 18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
Strong verbal and written English communication skills
Comfortable using Zoom, email, and basic digital tools
Self-motivated, disciplined, and team-oriented
Coachable and ready to grow in a high-earning role
