What is it like to be a Cleaning Technician/Restoration Technician at ServiceMaster DSI?
ServiceMaster DSI is the largest ServiceMaster franchise in the world! We provide restoration in Downers Grove, IL and surrounding areas. We are looking for a skilled carpet, tile, upholstery and air duct cleaning technician.
Must have experience and knowledge on cleaning carpet, tile and grout, upholstery and air duct cleaning. Must also have knowledge using a portable or truck mounted unit.
Cross training will be provided as a Restoration Technician in water, fire, and mold, during slower working times.
Job assignments can include specialty mitigation services, light demolition, water extraction, mold abatement, vandalism clean-up, fire and smoke damage mitigation, content move-outs and pack-ins, and content cleaning.
As a Cleaning Technician/Restoration Technician, your role on the Team is to:
- Drive a company vehicle to locations designated by customers.
- Execute all work to meet or exceed applicable federal, state and local regulations and company and customer quality standards while providing world-class customer service.
- Become proficient in upsells and maintaining a client base. We love repeat clients!

. Carpet, Tile & Grout, Upholstery Cleaning & Air Duct Cleaning
. Usage of portable or truck mounted unit
• Good communication skills
• Valid Driver's License with reliable transportation
• Able to move and/or lift 50+ lbs.
• Must pass drug and background check
• Previous restoration experience is a plus!
