Yellowstone Dental is a busy, family-focused dental practice serving the Pocatello community. Our four-doctor team provides general dentistry, Botox, and clear aligner treatments in a welcoming, patient-centered environment. We pride ourselves on teamwork, efficiency, and delivering exceptional care. Our practice is expanding in the spring, and we are looking for a dependable, skilled hygienist to join our team.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a full-time hygienist. This role will manage all hygiene responsibilities, providing patient care with professionalism and efficiency. Our hygienists typically see 6–10 patients per day, with appointment lengths ranging from 1 hour (prophy) to 1.5–2 hours (SRP).
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive hygiene treatments (prophy, SRP, adult NP, etc.)
- Manage patient scheduling, follow-ups, and case coordination
- Maintain accurate patient records and charting in Eaglesoft
- Collaborate with our 4-doctor team and support staff to ensure smooth patient flow
- Provide a calm, professional, and patient-centered experience in a busy environment
Qualifications:
- Current or recent graduate dental hygienist with active licensure (or eligible)
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-volume practice
- Strong communication, time management, and teamwork skills
- Detail-oriented and able to remain calm under pressure
- Experience with digital X-rays and dental software (Eaglesoft preferred)

Schedule:
- 2 Mondays/month: 8:00 AM – 3:30 PM
- Tuesday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (lunch 1–2 PM)
- Wednesday: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Thursday: 8:00 AM – 3:30 PM
- Fridays off
Compensation: $38–$40/hour
