LAGO is hiring qualified line chefs for our growing company. Take your culinary career to the next level in this dynamic restaurant kitchen.
Applicants must:
- be punctual
- have reliable transportation
- have two years of upscale dining experience
- cook vegetables with care and meats to proper temperatures
-be self motivated with saute and pantry
The application process consists of both a standard interview and a working interview/stage.
Requirements:- 2+ years of experience preparing and cooking food, six months in a similar position.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, loud environment and can stand for up to nine hours.
- Have no problem bending, squatting and lifting up to 50 pounds on a regular basis.
- Culinary degree is preferred.
- ServeSafe certification is preferred.
- Catering experience is beneficial.
