Responsibilities
- Coordinate the check-out and return of service loaner vehicles.
- Inspect, document, and prepare vehicles for each customer use.
- Maintain accurate records of vehicle assignments and conditions.
- Assist customers courteously and ensure a smooth loaner process.
- Collaborate with service and management teams to track and manage fleet availability.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in automotive service, rental, or customer service preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and dealership management systems.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
