Supervision | - Provide and document at least twice per month face-to-face supervision of Mental Health Workers (MHW) assigned by region. This will include a combination of clinical supervision, overseeing program design, adherence to Policy and Procedures, and travelling with the Preventative Aftercare MHW.
- Provide clinical leadership to MHWs for treatment intervention & plans.
- Provide and document monthly face-to-face supervision of Mental Health Professionals (MHP) assigned by region. This will include a combination of clinical supervision, overseeing program design, and adherence to Policy and Procedures.
- Meet with direct supervisor at least 1x per month to review program issues, revenue streams, census, clinical productivity target progress of each MHP/MHW, communicate changes, discuss outcomes, and explore program/personnel needs.
- Review all daily case notes, required documentation, files on a regular basis. Ensure that clinical records are accurate, current, and meet program standards.
- Monitor, review and proof all clinical summaries and communication to counties.
- Problem-solve and process clinical issues, performance issues and program issues with staff in regular supervision and on as-needed basis.

Scheduling | - Ensure availability to MHWs for clinical leadership.
- Ensure availability to staff for crisis intervention, case review, supportive supervision, and training.
- Provide coverage for staff absences and attend court hearings, case conferences, and staffing(s), as needed.

Referral Coordination | - Meet with referral agencies at least 1 x/month. Be aware of changing agency personnel and ensure all staff and direct supervisors are informed.
- Maintain regular contact with referral agencies to provide vacancy updates as well as monitor any waiting lists.

Training | - Provide extensive and on-going support and training for all new and current Preventative Aftercare employees around clinical practice, policy and procedures, cell phone use, report-writing, monthly caseload changes/billing and other required tasks.

Marketing | - Market the Preventative Aftercare Program to ensure expansion
- Develop and maintain collaborative community relationships with respective counties and be available and visible.

Financial Management | - Monitor stipend and activity account funds usage. Approve MHW/MHP expenses.
- Review monthly admissions and discharges to ensure accuracy and submit all billing documentation to the appropriate individual as required.
- Monitor monthly financial goals to ensure program is operating efficiently.

Human Resources | - In conjunction with Regional Director, Director, and Human Resources, determine need for additional staff or programs and recruit, interview, hire, and train new staff.
- Ensure staff schedules meet client and program needs including following Overtime policy for MHWs. Approve timesheets in ADP.
- Complete annual Performance Evaluations for all Preventative Aftercare staff, collaboratively developing individual professional development goals.

Data Management | - Collect all client data, statistics and follow-up information to compile program outcomes, as needed.

Program Development | - Develop forms for reporting requirements, as needed.
- Assist in development of on-going Policy and Procedure, informational brochures and promotion of Preventative Aftercare.
- Support Preventative Aftercare mission, strategic plan, and goals while carrying out daily responsibilities.

Compliance | - Comply with all Mandated Reporting, Duty to Warn and Duty to Protect Laws.
- Oversee Satisfaction and Outcome questionnaire completion by MHPs/MHWs.
- Complete monthly MI Coding.
