ETL Developer (Informatica)

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced ETL Developer with strong hands-on expertise in Informatica to support both project delivery and daytime L2/L3 operations within a regulated, data-intensive environment.

This role requires a proactive professional who can work independently, take ownership of deliverables, and collaborate effectively within remote Agile teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and support inbound and outbound data feeds
• Develop and maintain ETL processes using Informatica
• Support batch processing and file-based integrations
• Troubleshoot failed or delayed ETL loads
• Assist with migration or refactoring of ETL processes from legacy systems
• Collaborate with engineering and data teams to ensure reliable data pipelines
• Participate in Agile delivery processes and support operational needs

Required Skills

• 5+ years of ETL development experience
• 2–3 years of recent hands-on Informatica experience
• Experience with data feed design and integration pipelines
• Familiarity with batch processing frameworks
• Experience troubleshooting ETL failures and performance issues
• Experience migrating ETL pipelines from legacy databases (e.g., Sybase to SQL Server) preferred
• Comfortable working in regulated, data-intensive environments
