Big Sky Compounding is hiring Pharmacy Technicians and we are open to candidates with no prior pharmacy experience. If you are reliable, detail-oriented, and eager to learn, we are willing to train the right person.

What You’ll Do
- Support pharmacists with day-to-day pharmacy operations
- Prepare, label, and package medications under supervision
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Follow safety, quality, and regulatory procedures
- Work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
What We’re Looking For
- No pharmacy technician experience required
- Experience in a fast-paced environment (customer service, retail, hospitality, manufacturing, warehouse, healthcare, etc.)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
- Dependable, punctual, and coachable
- Willingness to learn and grow in a healthcare setting
Certifications
- Training provided for the right candidate
- Certifications preferred, but not required
