BlackRock Communities is a growing property management and construction company operating apartment communities throughout the Puget Sound region.


We are seeking a highly organized Office Manager / Operations Coordinator to work directly with our Director of Operations and help manage the systems that keep our business running smoothly.


This is a high-impact role that supports property management, construction operations, accounting, and HR.

This position is ideal for someone who wants to grow into an operations leadership role as the company expands.

Responsibilities

Operations & Systems

Manage property management back-office systems and technology

Help improve internal processes and operational workflows

Administrative & Financial Coordination

Coordinate rent collection and AR processes

Assist with AP and vendor documentation

Prepare tenant leases and notices

Manage vendor contracts, licenses, and compliance

Team & Office Coordination

Manage a small local and remote administrative team

Coordinate timekeeping and expense tracking

Assist with HR coordination and onboarding

Maintain an organized and professional office environment

Compensation

Salary: $55,000 – $70,000 depending on experience
